Refund/Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product or in the event that there is an allergic reaction to the product you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange. If a pump is broken or malfunctioning, you may exchange the product for a new one within 30 days of the original purchase date. All service sales are FINAL, including packages. There are no refunds for partially used packages. If you choose to use a third-party loan service for payment to Enlightened Medical (like Cherry or Care Credit), you are responsible for paying them directly and no refunds will be issued. Patient results vary and refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction of results. Dr. Kutner is committed to making her patients happy and will work with them to meet their goals. There is a $200 deposit/credit card hold required for all appointments. This will be applied to your service. Cancellations greater than 24 hours prior to the appointment will not be charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not be refunded.
